Individual or team leadership that develops and implements policies and/or programs which result in the acceleration of urban green infrastructure.
Nominations will be judged according to the following criteria:
- the degree of innovation represented,
- the scope of the market impact of the policy,
- the length of time the individual and or team has demonstrated leadership.
