Hema Kumar has over 25 years of experience in the landscape industry in India and has had the opportunity to share expertise globally. He pioneered the concept of landscape engineering in India and has been involved in designing and implementing over 1500 projects. He and his team led the design and implementation of one of the world's tallest green walls. As an engineer and environmentalist, he has always been passionate about designing and developing sustainable green infrastructure solutions.

Linda S. Velazquez, ASLA, LEED AP, GRP is the founder & publisher of Greenroofs.com (1999). She presents extensively about green roofs and green living architecture, including the yearly “Top 10 List of Hot Trends in Greenroof & Greenwall Design” (2007). She holds a Bachelor of landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia (2000), and has been published in numerous books and journals. She is also a principal of Sky Gardens Studio (2004). Greenroofs.com is a dynamic website, online media company & comprehensive resource with a vibrant social network Connecting the Planet + Living Architecture.

CEO of CityArc, lecturer

Kilian Lingen has been responsible for the management of CityArc – Institute for Urban Nature as a CEO since it was founded in 2022. Previously, he worked as a lecturer at the TU Darmstadt, as a research assistant at the HfWU Nürtingen-Geislingen under Prof. Dr. Ing. Nicole Pfose, as a project manager at a company for facade greening and in the conception of building greening. In 2025, he was appointed as a lecturer at HfWU Nürtingen-Geislingen. He studied biology at the TU Darmstadt, specializing in botany, plant physiology and vegetation ecology.

Balbina Gryczyńska is a president of the family company CALLA Group, which has been active in landscape architecture and indoor greenery for more than 30 years. She is also a founding member of the PSDZ (Polish Green Roofs Association) and delegate of this association in the EFB (European Federation Green Roofs and Walls) structures, co-chair of EILO (European Interior Landscaping Organisation). She is an advocate of "small steps" and stable, sustainable development. Privately a sports enthusiast.

Senthil Nathan is an agriculture graduate with over thirty years of experience in the landscaping industry, having spent most of his career in the United Arab Emirates. He first moved to the Middle East in 1995, when he accepted a position as an Agricultural Engineer on a landscaping project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In 1997, he relocated to the UAE, where he worked with a leading landscaping contracting company and contributed to several major projects. He is currently the Group Managing Director of the Gover Group of Companies — a consolidation of six successful businesses, including Gover Horticulture L.L.C, Grand Gover Horticulture Co. L.L.C, Gover Garden Centre L.L.C, and Gover Nursery L.L.C. The Gover Group operates across the horticulture industry, encompassing production, retail, distribution, and contracting services.
